WearYourCity.com's Fair Return Policy

Every product ordered at WearYourCity is created just for you. Because they are custom made, returned goods cannot be resold and are either donated or thrown away.

Promise:

If we make a mistake, we will send you a replacement or refund your money.

If you make a mistake with your order, contact us and we will see what we can reasonably do to help you get the shirt you want.

How do I complete an exchange?

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your exchange or return.

If for any reason we make a mistake with your order (wrong size, color, style or text) we will pay for the shipping and completely refund your money or exchange the item.

For a situation that is our mistake, send the shirt back to us and we'll credit you for the shipping once we receive the product and confirm that there was a mistake.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, we offer full refunds including shipping if there was a mistake made by us at any point during the order.  A mistake made by us includes wrong color, wrong size, wrong design, wrong text or sending to wrong shipping address.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is a standard rate of $4.99 for standard shipping, which is delivered via USPS Priority mail for all orders up to 6 shirts.  Over 6 shirts will ship Fedex Ground.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally to anywhere in the world for a flat rate of $14.99.  If your country has special shipping requirements, please contact our customer service department to let us know.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

All orders ship from our Maine facilities within 5-8 business days.  Note that most packages will ship sooner.

Please note:  Once your item has been shipped from our facility Wearyourcity.com is not responsible for shipping times and deadlines since the package has let our control. It is possible that a package may get lost in the mail or returned due to an invalid shipping address. If your package somehow becomes lost in the mail, we will be happy to resend another one at no extra cost. If your order is returned to us because of an invalid address, there will be $5.00 reshipping fee. Therefore, please double check the accuracy of the shipping address to avoid any of these mistakes. Customers who are concerned about meeting deadlines should contact a Service/Sales Representative.
